Library or to any of the five branches.
If you already have a library card, bring your library card with
you. You will fill out and sign a
contract that explains acceptable use of the Internet. (Lack of a signed contract means no access to
the Internet.) If you are between 13
and 17 years old, your parent/guardian will also be asked to sign the contract
with you. You will then have access to
the Internet. All fines and fees must be
cleared from your record.

minutes. Black and white printing costs 20¢ per page, color prints cost $1 per
page. All computer and printing services end 10 minutes before closing.
Internet users must not use other people’s library cards and must not lend
their own card to others.

services and is not responsible for information that is inaccurate, incomplete
or illegal. The Library is not responsible for any material that is transmitted
electronically by users of its public Internet terminals. The monitoring of a

or legal guardian, or an adult family member designated by the parent or legal
guardian. Parents/guardians, or adult family members designated by the parent
or guardian must remain with child (under 13) using the Internet. Sites visited
are automatically recorded and may be traced to determine if abuse of the
Internet policy has occurred.
Users may not visit obscene or illegal sites or display material from them. Users must obey all state and federal legal
restrictions.
Library staff may deny access to these computers to anyone who does not comply
with library policies or who otherwise abuses the privilege of Internet access.
If abuse continues after a warning, that person’s Internet privileges may be
suspended for a month; if abuse is repeated, Internet privileges may be
